JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provides leadership and is responsible for the implementation of the corporate Healthcare Tech Management program and services.
- Participates in defining strategic direction of the Healthcare Tech Management program through short and long-term goal setting technology assessment and planning medical device integration operations risk analysis security vendor and contract management fiduciary responsibilities and required reporting.
- Focuses Healthcare Tech Management program solutions to ensure that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at our facility(ies).
- Creates customized service delivery plans for and develops and motivates the Healthcare Tech Management team at assigned facility(ies).
- Drives compliance with UHS HTM and Corporate goals and objectives.
- Assists Healthcare Tech Management leadership with developing and strengthening facility(ies) and vendor relationships.
- Ensures that facility(ies) program meets and exceeds regulatory requirements for healthcare technology management.
- Develops and executes KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 to 8 years experience
- Experience with healthcare technology management programs including leadership
- Experience with CMMS products
