The Boeing Mobility Surveillance and Bombers team is seeking a high-energySenior Project Managerto support ourExecutive Fleet. This is a rare once-in-a-career opportunity to lead astate-of-the-artaircraft platform specifically tailored for the Executive Fleet mission. We are looking for a dedicated professional committed to the highest standards ofsafety security and reliabilityto drive development and flight test objectives within this dynamic program.
Position Responsibilities:
Acts as a key liaison between design engineering and production to support aircraft deliverables
Creates and manages the program operating rhythm to ensure consistent communication alignment and progress tracking across the program
Develops program metrics and dashboards; proactively analyzes and reports when metrics indicate potential issues or risks
Drives follow-up actions on key initiatives and issues ensuring accountability and timely resolution
Leads all customer and Boeing senior management visits including creating presentations identifying key topics and managing logistics to ensure successful engagement
Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Leadership Team (LT) fostering collaboration and alignment across the program
Develops and maintains the programs (environment and culture) in partnership with the Leadership Team to support a positive and productive work environment
Builds charts presentations and other communication materials about the program in partnership with the Leadership Team tailoring content to the audiences needs and expectations
Collaborates closely with leadership understanding the audience and context to develop effective impactful presentations and communications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
10 years experience in program or project management
3 years experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience with aircraft systems new product development or production
Experience in a leadership role leading teams or projects to successful completion
Experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint SharePoint and Teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in industrial mechanical or aerospace engineering
Experience working with cross-functional teams to include engineering production program management and/or finance
Experience effectively managing Customer and/or DCMA relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.
