Role: Sales Team Lead
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to build manage mentor and drive performance of a 30-50 member sales team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on target-driven and capable of consistently delivering revenue results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manage and motivate a sales team of 30 executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily performance call quality conversions and productivity metrics.
- Set targets track KPIs and drive consistent revenue achievement.
- Coach team members through regular feedback training and performance reviews.
- Work closely with leadership to plan sales strategies and execution.
- Ensure CRM discipline reporting accuracy and follow-up processes.
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals when required.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with proven team-handling experience.
- Prior experience managing 15 or more team members is mandatory.
- Experience in the stock market trading fintech or BPO sales environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and people-management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
