SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant (SF Time Tracking / Time Off)

Looking for a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with strong experience in Time Tracking Time Off and Employee Central Payroll integration. The candidate should be comfortable handling complex work schedules regional requirements and payroll-related time configurations especially for Middle East / KSA.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

1. SuccessFactors Time Management

Strong hands-on experience in SF Time Tracking / Timesheet
Strong hands-on experience in SF Time Off
Configuration of:

Work schedules Time recording rules Accruals Payroll replication
Experience with Employee Central Payroll integration

2. Regional & Payroll Knowledge

Handling complex regional time requirements
(e.g. Ramadan shifts regional calendars)
Experience in KSA / Middle East localization
Understanding of payroll schema & wage types (EC Payroll perspective)
Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle impact on time & payroll
