Job Summary

Role: Network Lead Administrator L3

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Coimbatore
Experience: 11 15 Years
Shift: Rotational / 24x7

Job Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN & Data Center)
Perform advanced configuration & troubleshooting of network devices
Handle incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues
Manage and support SD-WAN deployment configuration and troubleshooting
Configure and troubleshoot wireless infrastructure (WLC Access Points)
Work on network security devices including Firewalls & Load Balancers
Ensure network performance availability and security compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
Provide L3 level support and guide L1/L2 teams

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco / Aruba)
Expertise in LAN/WAN & Data Center Networking
Hands-on experience in SD-WAN (Cisco / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Versa / Velocloud)
Experience with Wireless Technologies (WLC Access Points)
Knowledge of Network Security (Palo Alto Firewall F5 LTM / GTM)
Experience in any of Cisco ACI / NSX / SDN / SDA / DNAC
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
