Hiring For City Manager / Supply Lead- Pune
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership City Manager to lead and scale our last-mile delivery operations. You will own the city P&L drive client acquisition manage rider supply and build scalable teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end city operations including client acquisition revenue growth rider supply and P&L.
Acquire and manage B2B last-mile delivery clients and ensure high service levels.
Translate client demand into daily & weekly rider supply plans and ensure 100% fulfilment.
Build train and lead blue-collar recruitment teams using ATL & BTL hiring channels.
Manage rider payouts COD reconciliation incentives billing invoicing and MIS reporting.
Monitor and optimize rider productivity attrition replacements and buffer planning.
Act as the single point of contact for city stakeholders handling escalations end-to-end.
Define and execute the city growth roadmap with a hands-on data-driven approach.
Build high-performance teams and drive a culture of ownership accountability and speed.
Requirements
Experience & Skill Set
58 years of experience in last-mile delivery logistics staffing or blue-collar operations.
Proven client acquisition negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment processes with hands-on ATL & BTL hiring experience.
Excellent Excel/MIS and financial tracking capabilities.
Entrepreneurial target-driven mindset with ability to perform in fast-paced dynamic environments.
Benefits
Salary: 56.5 LPA or up to 20% hike performance-based incentives.
