Job Summary

HRLadderBox on behalf of our iGaming client is seeking for aSenior QA Automation Engineerto establish and lead their automated testing practice for live betting platforms onweb and mobile. You will design and implement scalable automation frameworks build CI/CD-integrated test infrastructure and ensure end-to-end platform quality.

Your Impact

Design develop and maintain automated test suites usingPlaywrightandPuppeteer(TypeScript).
Buildcloud-deployableautomated tests integrated withGoogle Cloud Functionsand modernCI/CDtools.
Implement scheduled test executions and automated deployment pipelines.
Develop scalable maintainable test frameworks from scratch.
Execute tests for new features and releases across web and mobile platforms.
Identify and address quality gaps proactively.
Define and document QA standards best practices and procedures.
Monitor platform stability and performance using automated checks.
Collaborate withinternational manual testing teams; gather and analyze feedback.
Partner closely with theProduct Manageron release planning and quality strategy.
Operate with high autonomy and ownership in a distributed environment.

You Bring:

4 years of senior-level QA automation experience.
Strong hands-on expertise inPlaywrightandPuppeteer.
Proficiency inTypeScriptfor automation.
Proven experiencebuilding test frameworks from scratch.
CI/CD pipeline integration skills.
Self-driven detail-oriented and accountable working style.
Excellent English communication skills (international collaboration).
Hybrid work availability inMauritius(3 days on-site / 2 remote).

Nice to Have:

Experience withGoogle Cloud Platform(training provided).
Familiarity with CI/CD workflow automation tools.
Exposure toserverless platforms(Cloud Functions AWS Lambda).
Background inbetting gaming or fintech.
Experience leading or coordinatingdistributed testing teams.
Knowledge ofperformance/load testingtools and practices.
