Guaranteed income during training
$60000 $150000 first-year earning potential
Five-day work week (Closed Sundays)
Ability to draw inventory from sister stores with 1000 pre-owned vehicles

Deliver an exceptional luxury-level customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Build lasting relationships with clients through professionalism responsiveness and product expertise
Assist clients in selecting vehicles that best fit their lifestyle needs and preferences
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives while highlighting Mercedes-Benz technology performance and safety features
Guide clients through the purchase process including financing delivery and ownership orientation
Maintain knowledge of current Mercedes-Benz models features options and technology
Maintain prospecting and follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
Attend dealership and manufacturer training sessions and sales meetings
Work collaboratively with service finance and management teams
Comply with all federal state and local regulations governing automotive sales
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Automotive sales experience is NOT required
Strong work ethic professionalism and desire to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to deliver a premium client-focused experience
Sales or customer service experience is a plus (hospitality retail finance etc.)
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
