About the Role
Were seeking an experienced OperationsManager to lead procurement operations and logistics for our domestic programs. This is an office-based position supporting bothbrick-and-mortar retailand e-commerce channels across all our brands ensuring timely delivery of parts accessories and full goods to customers.
Please note: This position is not located in a warehouse or distribution center. It is based in an office environment.
Experience supporting both brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce operations within a consumer products company is required for consideration.
What Youll Do
Support Business Growth: Drive operational initiatives supporting retail and e-commerce expansion by managing budgets optimizing workflows and shaping policy.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while enhancing performance.
Vendor Management: Select and manage suppliers negotiate terms and track performance.
Logistics Oversight: Coordinate seasonal shipping and warehousing; manage 3PL partnerships and carrier rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to streamline supply chain operations and build strong vendor relationships.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure performance meets standards and targets.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to evaluate operational success.
Team Leadership: Oversee and support staff performance scheduling and development.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
5 years in operations or supply chain management
Strong experience in both e-commerce logistics andbrick-and-mortar retail
Proven leadership and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
