Horizon Retail Construction is a nationally recognized general contractor specializing in tenant improvement. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Executive Assistant. We are headquartered in Sturtevant Wisconsin.
Job Summary:
The executive assistant provides administrative support to company President. This role will manage technology assist with finance handle information requests and perform administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Outlook calendars schedule and communicate meetings and events record special projects and agendas and manage Presidents time and location.
- Assist the President with property management duties including bill pay cost reconciliation tax administration and schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Manage functions such as planning company events community service involvement and corporate recognition.
- Perform general office duties.
- File and retrieve corporate documents statements tax documents records and reports.
- Make travel arrangements including buying airline tickets renting vehicles scheduling hotels and dinner reservations.
Summary of Qualifications:
- Associate degree or bachelors degree
- 10 years of administrative experience
- 5 years of finance or accounting experience
- Requires reading comprehension to meet all corporate compliance and deadlines
- Initiative time management multitask sense of urgency and ability to adapt to change
- Strong written oral and listening skills
- Proficient using Apple products (iPhone iPad) and Microsoft 365
Preferred Skills:
- Property Management
- Service Orientated
- Research and obtain government information and private sector information
- Photo and Imaging Editing
- CAD application experience
- Social media posting
- Video Conferencing
