Key Responsibilities
As a Home Care Recruiter you will:
Source screen and interview caregiver candidates (CNAs HHAs Companions)
Manage caregiver recruitment pipelines and applicant tracking
Conduct thorough reference checks and pre-employment screenings
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations
Develop and implement caregiver retention strategies
Build strong relationships with caregivers to increase engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for caregiver questions and support
Collaborate with leadership to improve hiring processes and staffing levels
Participate in rotating on-call coverage
Qualifications
Experience in home care recruiting healthcare staffing HR or human services preferred
Associate degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred not required)
Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms (Indeed experience a plus)
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and car insurance
Ability to meet all hiring criteria per company policy and state regulations
Positive attitude with a growth mindset
