Our client is a respected private non-profit organization in Manalapan NJ. Theyprovide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment servicesacross central New Jersey. Their programs focus on integrated care measurableoutcomes and evidence-based treatment that supports long-term recovery andemotional wellness.

The Position: We are seeking an experienced LCSW Clinical Supervisor to overseePHP and IOP outpatient behavioral health programs. This role combines clinicalleadership program oversight staff supervision and operational management toensure high-quality mental health and addiction treatment services.

Schedule:

3 days per week: 9am5pm
2 days per week: 11am7pm

Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations of PHP and IOP Behavioral Health Programs
Ensure Programs Are Organized Properly Staffed and Running Efficiently
Maintain Full Compliance with Clinical Licensing and Regulatory Standards
Monitor Documentation Workflow and Program Quality to Ensure Audit-Ready Operations
Promote Communication Between Therapists Case Managers and Medical Staff
Manage Staffing Efficiency Program Performance and Operational
Effectiveness
Provide Hands-On Clinical Supervision for LCSWs Counselors and Clinical Staff
Ensure Evidence-Based Treatment Proper Assessments Treatment Plans and
Discharge Planning for All Clients

Requirements:

Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
NJ LCADC or Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) Preferred
Minimum 5 Years of Clinical Supervisory Experience in Behavioral Health
Addiction Treatment or Outpatient Mental Health
Experience Supervising Clinicians in PHP IOP or Outpatient Settings
Strong Knowledge of Clinical Documentation Compliance and Evidence-Based Practices
