TheSr. SpecialistCorporateCommunicationssupports the global communications teams efforts to enrich the overall employee experience and company storytelling through high-quality communications for the firm. This includesinforming and engaging employees and stakeholders throughtimelyeffectiveand strategic Sr. Specialist Corporate Communications will work across functional teams to deliver key messages that support business priorities and the firms culture while driving engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment shares new ideas and is flexible. This role requires strategic partnership and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization and will report to Cushman & Wakefields SVP Global Corporate Communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporttheexecution ofcorporate communication strategieswithcontent that inspires and engages employees and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
  • Support special projectsto ensure employeesare receivingtheright information at the right time.
  • Support the firms executive leaders through internal communications across multiple channels (i.e. email intranet stories newsletters town halls presentations etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities stakeholders and timelines.
  • Provide expert proofreading editing and ensure the consistency of the brand voice in all communications.
  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment and support of core strategies and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in communications journalismpublicrelationsor marketing.
  • 4-6years of experienceininternal or corporate communications.
  • Proven comparable experience in thejobsareas of responsibility.
  • Excellent writteninterpersonalandstorytelling skills.
  • Experience creatingcontent forsocial media.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative while working well in a group environment.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and demonstrate executive presence when working with leaders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Town Hall a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 68000.00 - $80000.00
