Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist at Hoar Construction will play a vital role in managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating with vendors analyzing costs and maintaining relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement process from sourcing vendors to final delivery
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
Analyze pricing and develop strategies to optimize cost savings
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials

Essential Qualifications:

Associate degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
Proven experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related field
Experience in the construction industry is preferred
Familiarity with construction materials and suppliers

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $58000 per year
Maximum Salary: $88000 per year
