We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our remote team and play a critical role in presenting compelling settlement demands to insurance carriers.

Role Overview:

As a Personal Injury Demand Writer you will draft detailed persuasive demand packages for bodily injury claims. You will analyze liability review medical records and billing calculate damages and craft strong narratives that clearly demonstrate the full impact of injuries on our clients lives. The ideal candidate understands how to position cases strategically to maximize settlement value and move claims efficiently toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft comprehensive demand letters for personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents premises liability and other negligence-based matters.
Review and analyze medical records medical billing liens lost wage documentation and accident reports.
Clearly outline liability arguments and supporting evidence.
Accurately calculate economic damages and effectively articulate non-economic damages such as pain and suffering.
Identify policy limits and tailor demands strategically based on coverage.
Collaborate closely with case managers paralegals and attorneys to ensure complete and accurate demand packages.
Track deadlines and manage multiple files in various stages of treatment and negotiation.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience drafting personal injury demand letters (required).
Strong understanding of bodily injury claims settlement negotiations and insurance practices.
Experience reviewing medical records and summarizing treatment chronologies.
Knowledge of liens subrogation and policy limits preferred.
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling client story.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personal injury case management systems.
