Job Summary

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Business Analyst II is responsible for analyzing specifying and validating the

business needs of various internal customers on multiple small to medium scale

projects. The incumbent communicates with stakeholders Product Owners and

defining user requirements to the development team throughout the product life

cycle as well as managing the project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports business by gathering technical requirements.

Completes data process and system documentation.

Leads technical communications with Product Owners and business contacts.

Assists with Software Development Methodology practices including story writing
