Duties & Responsibilities
General office administration and filing (digital & physical)
Managing emails basic scheduling and correspondence
Preparing basic documents quotes and invoices
Assisting with supplier and customer follow-ups
Capturing and filing invoices and expenses for the accountant
Handling phone calls and general office support
Assisting with procurement admin and purchase orders
Ad-hoc admin and PA support as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication (English required; Afrikaans advantageous)
Basic computer literacy (Outlook Word Excel)
Willingness to learn and take instruction
Reliable punctual and professional
