Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team across multiple roles and client engagements. The intern will assist with sourcing screening coordination and administrative recruitment tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to agency recruitment role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiters in managing assigned roles across different functions and seniority levels.
Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn job boards referrals and internal databases.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on defined role criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings under supervision where required.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare candidate summaries and profiles for consultant review.
Support candidate communication and follow-up processes.
Assist with recruitment reporting and documentation.
Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional recruitment standards always.
Requirements
Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office tools.
Eagerness to learn and take direction within a professional setting.
