Senior Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong engineering mindset to join our dynamic this role you will be instrumental in designing developing and deploying full-stack features for our core platform. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver at heart passionate about building robust scalable and maintainable systems using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and deploy high-quality scalable and secure software solutions across the full stack (front-end and back-end).

• Architect and implement GraphQL APIs using Hasura and custom resolvers to provide efficient data access for client applications.

• Develop and maintain backend services and serverless functions using integrated with NHOST and PostgreSQL.

• Build dynamic responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.

• Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistency across development staging and production environments.

• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code following industry best practices.

• Collaborate with product managers designers and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical deliverables.

• Promote code quality through unit and integration testing and active participation in code reviews.

• Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

• 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Proven hands-on experience with the core technology stack:

• Backend:

• Frontend: React

• Database: PostgreSQL (including schema design and performance optimization)

• API & Services: GraphQL Hasura NHOST

• Containerization: Docker

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals data structures algorithms and design patterns.

• Demonstrated experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g. Jest React Testing Library Mocha Chai) and a commitment to writing testable code.

• Proficiency with version control systems preferably Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or Java for backend development or tooling.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Google Cloud or Azure.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.

• Understanding of agile development methodologies.

• Exposure to AI technologies or frameworks.
