Job Summary
TOMRA is looking for a structured and resultsdriven Senior Project Manager to join the PMO within TOMRA this role you will lead crossfunctional projects focused on developing and improving TOMRAs global portfolio of customer products and services. Projects span areas such as research new product development compliance market launches customer initiatives and business improvements.
The position will report to the Head of Project Management.
Role and responsibilities:
- Lead project planning cost control risk management and execution to ensure successful delivery
- Extensive communication with department heads / relevant stakeholders in order to assess project needs and team compositions
- Monthly reporting to the project Steering Group (Senior Management in TOMRACollection)
- Own and continuously improve the TOMRA Project Model in close collaboration with the Project Management Office
While travel requirements are limited the role involves occasional travel to support projects that benefit from close handson involvement with operations.
Qualifications :
What do you bring:
- Higher university degree in business or technology with extensive experience as a Project Manager
- Senior experience in crossfunctional product development and production (mechatronics electrical and software) from concept to industrialization
- Proven experience leading large complex technology projects or demonstrated team lead experience that shows the ability to manage scope stakeholders and delivery
- Strategic businessoriented mindset with strong execution collaboration and decisionmaking skills
Lack of extensive experience as Project Manager could be partly compensated with extensive experience as Team lead in Product development projects.
