As a CSR Associate at Team Everest you will play an important role in planning and supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. You will work closely with corporate partners internal teams and volunteers to ensure CSR activities are executed smoothly and on time.
From coordinating events to supporting communication and reporting your work will help companies and volunteers create real impact on the ground.

What You Will Do
- CSR Program Coordination: Support planning and execution of CSR activities with corporate partners.
- Corporate Communication: Coordinate with corporate teams through email and calls for event planning and updates.
- Event Budgeting: Help prepare simple event budgets track expenses and ensure activities are conducted within the approved budget.
- Volunteer Support: Assist corporates before and after CSR events to ensure a smooth experience.
- Event Support: Help with logistics planning schedules and coordination for CSR programs (both online and in-person).
- Documentation & Reporting: Collect data photos and feedback after events and support CSR reporting.
- Internal Coordination: Work with different internal teams to ensure CSR requirements are met on time.
- Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases related to corporate partnerships CSR projects events and key details.
- Task Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Education: Any graduate degree
Skills required for Job:
- Excellent English: You should communicate clearly and confidently especially in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: You should enjoy speaking with diverse groups of people comfortably.
- Organizational Skills: You must manage multiple tasks calls and follow-ups with ease.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using MS Office Google Sheets and online databases.
