Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill curriculum requirements
- Teach mathematics to students in grades 6 to 10
- Assess and record students progress through tests and assignments
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents about students performance
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions
- Prepare students for standardized tests and competitions
- Provide individualized support and resources to students needing additional help
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics or Education
- Bachelor of Education () degree or equivalent certification
- Experience in teaching secondary school students
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of educational technology and teaching methodologies
