You will be responsible for the daily medical management and comfort of an 80-year-old VIP Principal. This position offers a dynamic alternative to hospital rotations taking you through the heart of the Mediterranean summer. Your itinerary will include extended cruising in Monaco Mallorca Ibiza and the Greek Islands where you will ensure the Principal receives seamless dignified care.
The Team You will be an integral part of a sophisticated medical department. A Lead British Doctor provides clinical oversight and strategy while you work alongside resident Physiotherapists to ensure the Principal maintains optimal mobility. The nursing team consists entirely of Western-trained professionals ensuring a cohesive and high-standard working environment.
The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our medical staff. To prevent burnout and ensure you remain sharp we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have defined rest periods and the opportunity to enjoy the yachts exclusive destinations during your downtime.
The Process We value efficiency and discretion. The recruitment process begins with a secure online interview allowing you to qualify for this role from your current location in Spain or abroad before any travel logistics are required.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a non-negotiable requirement.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E) is essential to handle the autonomy of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all clinical reporting.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence immaculate presentation and the ability to respect the privacy of a high-profile individual.
