THE POSITION
As a Front Office Manager your primary focus will be leading the Front Office team ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure. You will act as the main point of contact for the department driving team performance maintaining high service standards and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and associates.

YOUR ROL AS FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
We are looking for a Front Office Manager who is not afraid to take the lead. Someone who leads with flair keeps an overview in the chaos and sets the tone as soon as guests walk through the door.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You are the point of contact for everything and everyone at the Front Office
You train coach and motivate a team of hosts and receptionists
You ensure smooth check-ins check-outs and everything in between
You resolve complaints and requests as if it were nothing professionally and personally
You switch easily between departments to create a top experience for the guest
You arrange the schedules check the quality and make sure everything runs smoothly
You ensure that the lobby and the team always look sharp

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least a completed higher professional education degree preferably in hospitality or tourism
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial Front Office role
You speak and write fluent Spanish and English
You have strong organizational skills maintain an overview and make smart decisions
You are proactive stress-resistant and have a natural sense of responsibility
You remain professional even when things get tough and know when to follow or deviate from policy
You have experience with Opera PMS; Marriott systems are a big plus
