About the Opportunity

On behalf of our international client we are hiring an OpenStack Architecture Expert to support expanding their global presence and investing in scalable future-ready

infrastructure. Our client is a fast-growing AI and cloud platform company focused on delivering cutting-edge technologies and a subsidiary of one of Vietnams largest tech corporations.

Joining the team as an OpenStack Architecture Expert you will design implement and optimize a large-scale multi-region OpenStack cloud environment for the client. As the subject matter expert in cloud infrastructure and networking you will drive architectural decisions improve performance and help standardize Open Infrastructure deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect build and optimize highly available secure and scalable OpenStack infrastructure across regions.
  
• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and technical planning aligned with enterprise needs.
  
• Design robust overlay/underlay networks using emerging networking technologies.
  
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless infrastructure-application integration.
  
• Develop and automate patching deployment and monitoring for OpenStack core services and OS layers.
  
• Set infrastructure standards for consistency and scalability across environments.
  
• Resolve complex technical challenges through systematic troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  
• Stay current with Open Infrastructure advancements and contribute to internal technical excellence.
  

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience with OpenStack in production including cluster setups with 200 compute nodes.
  
• Strong understanding of Linux internals (Ubuntu RHEL CentOS) kernel-level operations and virtualization.
  
• Expertise in SDN overlay/underlay networks and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
  
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible Terraform or Puppet.
  
• Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA) or Red Hat certifications (RHCSA RHCE RHCA) is a plus.
  
• Vendor certifications from Ubuntu SUSE or equivalent is a plus.
  
• Contributions to the Open Infrastructure community or experience with public cloud providers (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.

• Fluent in English.
