Our client is a NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Contact Centre Operator to join their team.

In this role you will play a critical role in providing the first point of contact for victims of crime with Victims Services. Responding to inbound calls providing a high level of service and support through the provision of information advice and referrals directly to victims.

The roles work collaboratively across Victims Services ensuring the effective administration of the Victims Support Scheme identifying and recommending improvements to policies procedures and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first contact resolution on the phone and in writingwork in a trauma informed way in the provision of services and support to victims of crime
  2. Pespond to inbound calls providing a high level of client service whilst achieving all key performance indicators and performance targets
  3. Deliver timely client services whilst ensuring administrative requirements are met
