Our client a high-end luxury company seeks to employ an HR Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for retail and corporate roles.
- Post job openings on job boards and social platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee files (physical & digital).
- Update HR databases and personnel records.
- Track employee probation confirmations and contract renewals.
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation promotion transfer etc.).
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Assist in coordinating staff events training and retail recognition programs.
- Ensure HR policies are properly communicated and implemented.
- Support disciplinary documentation and HR investigations.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years HR experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
