Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Beehive BPO is seeking a full-time experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented highly organized and highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop with a strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer invoicing

  • Record and manage cash receipts

  • Maintain insurance compliance documentation

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

  • Perform 401(k) reconciliation

  • Process weekly subcontractor payments

  • Enter and manage job data in QuickBooks Desktop

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Support general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 35 years of bookkeeping experience

  • Strong experience using QuickBooks Desktop (required)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
