Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Public Practice Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced detail-oriented and well-versed in Australian bookkeeping practices. Youll play a key role in helping our clients achieve financial clarity and confidence while working in a supportive dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Data entry from Xero bank feeds bank statements and source documents.
Prepare client query draft emails.
Monthly IAS and quarterly BAS preparation.
Payroll processing and STP filing.
Weekly Super processing.
Review Xero reports
Ability to handle a team is a plus
Some admin assistance and Ad hoc reconciliation.

About You:

At least 4 years of Australian Bookkeeping experience in public practice
Knows HubDoc
Works with PayPal/A2X/Open Payout or similar integrations to Xero (ideal but not required)
Advanced English communication skills (oral and written)
