Job Summary

 Edit photos and short-form videos (reels) for social media pages (Instagram TikTok YouTube)

Create engaging heartwarming and fun content featuring foster kittens

Edit videos with strong hooks captions text overlays trending sounds and pacing optimized for each platform

Post at least 1 photo per day on Instagram (Monday to Friday)

Create and post 2 reels per day on Instagram and TikTok (Monday to Friday)

Suggest content ideas (what to film trends creative concepts)

Write captions and hashtags with strong hooks to drive engagement

Advise on content strategy and posting schedule

Monitor performance and adjust content strategy based on analytics

Eventually assist with YouTube (long-form content)

Maintain a consistent brand voice that is playful warm and authentic

Upload and post content directly to platforms

Required Skills:

Proven social media management experience Strong understanding of Instagram TikTok and YouTube algorithms Strong video editing skills Create thinker who can suggest ideas not just execute Good communication skills A good sense of humor and strong storytelling skills Organized reliable and able to work independently
