Job Summary
Oversees the automation of all production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institute and manage a PM plan that will decrease the incidence of fixture break down.
2. Schedule weekly monthly six monthly PM for the fixture/production equipment to keep them in running condition.
3. Obtain the required materials and equipment that will be required for regular and preventative maintenance of the fixture equipment.
4. Oversee direct and assist Automation Technician in completing regular and PM of equipment.
5. Institute a PM program for the maintaining and upkeep of the fixtures.
6. Launch support fixture run-offs.
7. Must have basic knowledge of TS16949 and know the Quality Policy.
8. Follow the safety rules report safety problems and all injuries regardless of severity.
9. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Four year Bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
