About This Role
PlayStation Studios is seeking aCommunity Operations Managerto support our growing first-party portfolio. Reporting to theSr. Community Operations & Strategy Leadthis role is designed for a highly organized process-oriented operator who thrives at the intersection ofcommunity creator programs operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Youll help build and maintain the systems workflows dashboards vendor pipelines and operational structure that empower community teams to do their best willdrive executionmaintain cross-studio coordination andensureoperationalconsistency in community operations across PlayStation Studios.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves community but excels at program management tooling logistics and operations.
Responsibilities
Community Operations Execution
Maintain day-to-day operational workflows across PlayStation Studios community teams ensuring consistent processes documentation and alignment.
Own critical community tooling including social media listening and reporting toolsDiscordbots analytics dashboards moderation systems reporting templatesandinternal documentationplatforms.
Supportsocial mediachannel creation setup permissions andemployeesafety best practices.
Manage reporting pipelines including weekly monthly and live-beat reporting (betas launches major patches).
Cross-Studio Coordination
Coordinate with community managers studio marketing leads and brand managers to ensure aligned engagement plans.
Facilitate weekly syncs with vendor partners track studio needs and assist with task prioritization.
Supportstudiovisit logistics cross-functional planning and friendly response time expectations for internal stakeholders.
CommunityPrograms & Creator Operations
Assist in the operational execution of creator programs including vendor onboarding contract tracking compliance routing and creator access workflows.
Maintain sustainable growth processes for creator programs affiliate programs and other community-led initiatives.
Help develop playbooks templates and policies to ensure consistent program quality across titles.
Vendor Engagement & Resource Management
Manage day-to-day vendor coordinationwith key partners in community moderation and social media management.
Track vendor deliverables staffing allocations and performance metrics.
Support SOW documentation contract updates and compliance requirements.
Reporting & Data Support
Compile and maintain metric dashboards across Discord Reddit creator programs sentiment tracking and EMV.
Support analysis of engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and signal areas of operational need.
Ensure high-quality reporting packets are delivered consistently to cross-functional leadership.
Launch & Live-Service Support
Assist in beat planning milestone execution launch workflows and live ops coordination during critical periods.
Provide operational coverage for live-phase support including reactive reporting and rapid coordination needs.
Required Skills & Experience
5years in community management program management creator operations live service operations or similar execution-heavy role.
Demonstratableexperience organizing workflows improving processes or managing cross-functional programs.
Highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple programs and workstreams simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Discord Reddit social platforms content pipelines and creator ecosystems.
Highly effective communicator experienced in navigating complex stakeholder networks and ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work with data dashboards social listening tools or reporting systems (Meltwater Looker etc.).
Familiarity with JIRAConfluence AsanaWrikeor other project management tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with vendor management contracting or compliance workflows.
Exposure to creator or influencer programs.
Understanding of moderation systems community guidelines and platform safety policies.
Experience supporting major launches beat calendars or GTM community plans.
