Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Paint Mixer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing mixing and matching paints according to specifications ensuring consistency and quality for production needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Std 10)
- Must have good time keeping skills.
- Must be literate in English (read speak and write) and be able to communicate effectively with any given group.
- Must Prepared to work shifts
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Forklift license will be advantageous.
Experience in paint mixing or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Knowledge of safety procedures when handling chemicals
Good organizational and communication skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
