The Recruiting Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interview logistics supporting candidates and hiring managers and ensuring recruiting processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical to delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining accurate recruiting data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination & Support
Support full-cycle recruiting by coordinating interviews scheduling meetings and managing logistics for candidates and interview teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling interview details and process-related questions
Support recruiters with job postings requisition updates and candidate movement in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Candidate Experience
Deliver a professional timely and welcoming candidate experience
Prepare and send interview confirmations directions virtual meeting details and follow-up communications
Ensure candidates are informed of next steps and supported throughout the interview process
Hiring Manager & Team Support
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview plans are executed smoothly
Coordinate panel interviews and support interviewers with materials schedules and logistics
Respond to inquiries from hiring managers and interview teams in a timely manner
Process & Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Track interview activity candidate status changes and recruiting workflow steps
Support compliance with recruiting policies documentation and audit requirements
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency candidate communication and recruiting operations
Support implementation of recruiting tools templates and process updates
Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented recruiting team environment
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
13 years of experience in recruiting coordination HR administrative support or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with interview scheduling tools and calendars
Experience supporting recruiting HR or talent teams
Interest in growing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
Position is commensurate with experience.
