- 4 years experience as a Paralegal
- Civil Construction Employment Personal Injury background preferred
- Pre-litigation and litigation support experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) strong plus

Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents including pleadings discovery motions trial binders and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research manage case files and maintain organized document systems.
- Coordinate discovery responses document production and deposition preparation.
- Draft review and summarize legal and case-related materials.
- Maintain communication with clients court staff and external parties.
- Assist with trial preparation and provide case support as needed.
- Support attorneys across commercial construction real estate and related litigation matters.
Qualifications
- 4 years of paralegal experience preferably in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the litigation process including state and federal court procedures.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certification preferred.
