What Youll Do as a PRN Physical Therapist
- Champion Elara Carings mission philosophy and standards of care
- Deliver direct high-quality patient care in the Muncie IN area
- Perform thorough assessments evaluate functional needs and adjust care plans for best outcomes
- Create and implement personalized plans of care
- Collaborate with the care team and guide support staff
- Document evaluations treatment goals and progress accurately and efficiently
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource in physical therapy
- Thrive in a physically demanding dynamic environment
- Travel within your coverage area and work flexible PRN hours
What Were Looking For
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current unrestricted PT license in Indiana
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Muncie coverage area
- Dependable vehicle valid drivers license and required auto insurance
- Comfortable with lifting 50100 lbs transfers and fullrange body movement
- Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for PRN assignments
