About the Role
Were hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations develop a high-performing team and drive sales and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. Youll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
- Recruit train coach and manage store teams
- Drive sales KPIs labour and budget performance
- Create a strong customer-focused sales culture
- Manage inventory merchandising and reporting
- Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations
- Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures
About You
- 3 years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong sales people leadership and operational skills
- Cannabis liquor or regulated retail experience preferred
- Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right SellSafe CRTP CRWTP or CanSell)
- Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
