The Role

Were hiring a Dutch Customer Support Specialist to support hospitals diagnostic centers and clinical facilities using advanced medical and diagnostic this role youll serve as a key point of contact for professional healthcare clients managing account-related inquiries coordinating supply and consumable orders and facilitating service requests for essential equipment.

Youll work closely with internal logistics and service teams to help ensure smooth operations across clinical environments. From tracking orders and resolving billing concerns to supporting equipment servicing needs your role directly contributes to operational continuity in settings where precision and timeliness are critical. Your work helps minimize disruptions in patient care workflows.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide high-quality support via email and phone in Dutch and English
  • Process supply orders returns and billing adjustments
  • Coordinate service requests for medical equipment
  • Accurately document interactions for compliance and reporting
  • Escalate complex cases based on defined workflows
  • Maintain a customer-first solutions-oriented mindset

What We Expect From You:

  • C1/C2 Dutch proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
  • Experience providing Dutch Support
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support via email and calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Basic technical proficiency (CRM tools ticketing systems order platforms)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
