Purpose
You are responsible for leading the technical delivery of projects ensuring that solutions are designed built and implemented in line with requirements quality standards and timelines. You combine deep technical expertise with project coordination and team leadership.
Key Missions
Lead requirements analysis with business and technical stakeholders
Manage the project backlog and define clear acceptance criteria
Evaluate technical trade-offs and plan for future needs
Lead technical teams and ensure end-to-end project delivery
Drive execution against scope timeline budget quality and regulatory constraints
Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans
Ensure effective communication reporting and stakeholder alignment
Optimize delivery performance
Profile & Other Information
Technical Skills :
Engineering degree or validated education in computer science or equivalent
6 years of experience in software development and project management
-Mandatory Skills :
Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot with solid expertise in Angular for front-end development
Significant experience in technical project management including planning coordination and delivery of complex projects
-Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with authentication and identity management solutions (Keycloak OpenID Connect)
Web services development
Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
Secure programming practices (strong plus)
Languages :
French: Fluent
English: Professional working proficiency
Soft skills :
Leadership communication and team spirit
Rigor organization and analytical skills
