Maintain and enhance an on-premises Tomcat/Java J2EE product.
Address performance tuning dependency updates and security improvements.
Diagnose and resolve Java out-of-memory issues and analyze dump files.
Provide exceptional support to customers in the field troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition and support for cloud offerings.
