Purpose

As a Tech Lead Java you will be the technical reference for the team ensuring solutions are designed and delivered with high quality within requirements and timelines.

Key Missions

Understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design and develop high-quality scalable and maintainable software modules.
Take part in technical decisions and ensure best development practices and code quality.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers Designers and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
Support and mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to testing deployment and continuous improvement of applications.
Analyze complex problems and turn them into efficient and practical solutions.

Profile & Other Information

Technical Skills :

Engineering degree or validated education in computer science or equivalent
6 years of experience in software development

Mandatory Skills :

Strong experience in Java / Spring Boot with solid expertise in Angular for front-end development

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with authentication and identity management solutions (Keycloak OpenID Connect)
Web services development
Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
Secure programming practices (strong plus)

Languages :

French: Fluent
English: Professional working proficiency

Soft skills :

Strong communication and team spirit
Organized and detail-oriented
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
