DescriptionWhats the role
The Agile Delivery Coach will play a pivotal role in driving transformation within the Business Lending Line of Business (LOB) byguiding our teams and organisation towards successful Agile adoption. As an Agile Delivery Coach you will drive continuous improvement foster a culture of collaboration and align Agile practices with our business goals.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Stand-ups Retrospectives PIRs).
- Deliver customised training programs tailored to team needs.
- Lead andfacilitateQuarterly Planning and Big Room Planning.
- Improve delivery efficiency through adoption of MS CoPilotand otherautomation tools.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as reducing cycle time guiding teams in addressing inefficiencies.
- Evaluate and recommend Agile tools and technologies for improved productivity.
- Provide one-on-one and team coaching mentoring frameworks for skill development.
- Implement Agile metrics to track performance and generate regular reports.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to promote Agile culture.
- Enhance cross-team collaboration by establishing open communication channels.
- Conduct Agile maturity assessments and develop strategic roadmaps for transformation.
- Document best practices and lessons learned for organisational knowledge sharing.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment by delivering updates and managing expectations.
- Exemplify Agile values and lead by example in fostering Agile mindsets.
What do I need
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment.
- Project/program management experience desirable
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.).
- Excellent facilitation coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to assess team performance implement improvements and drive results.
- Expertisein digital tools adoption (e.g. CoPilotPowerAutomate).
- Experience with Agile tools and technology adoption e.g. Jira
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures and environments.
- Experience in managing agile projects of varying size and complexity.
- An understanding of large complex organisation dynamics and how change is managed within.
- Strong leadership experience including the coaching mentoring and developing of talent within teams.
- Strong commercial acumen financial services experience and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in coaching at a large organisation or Fortune 500 company.
