As a Corporate Affairs Manager (Partner Communications and Engagement)you will play a pivotal role driving internal communications and corporate communications targeting more than 6500 people and partners across Australia.

Whatyoulldo:
Driveand supportcommunication and engagement activitieswiththe firms 650partnersincludingwebcasts andownercallsCEO partner connect sessionsthe annual partnerand directorsummitleadership notespodcastsvideosandthe partnerSharePointsite.
Play a vital role in turning strategy into compelling momentsfor partners craft clear scripts and talking points amplifytwo waydialogue and translate insight into action.
Partnerwiththe partnershipofficefinanceand operationsand GB secretariatteamsonkeyprojectsissuesandconsultationactivitiesincludessupporting deliveryand executionofCEO succession communication and engagement plan.
Work with Corporate Affairs leaders to develop strategies and implement partner engagement campaigns that are delivered on time to budget and achieve impactful and measurable results.
Use your excellent communication and stakeholder skills and experience influencing senior leaders to drive alignment across diverse teams and act as a trusted advisor on issues to internal stakeholders includingmembers of theManagement Leadership Team and the Governance Board.
Lead the development and implementation of measures that assess the impact of partner communicationsand engagementand gather feedback for future improvement.
Develop andmaintainthefirmwide partner communications and engagement calendar.
Leverageemerging technologies including AI to continuously improve engagement effectiveness and efficiencies.
Whatwerelooking for:
An experienced operator with3 years of experience ineithercommunications people & culture operationsmarketing or related field.
You are proactive understand the partnership and are keen to expand your experience to include communication and engagement supported by strong supportive leaders and team.
Comfortable workingboth independently and collaborativelyin a dynamic and multidisciplinary team
A strategic thinkerwiththeability to leadworkand deliver quality outcomesin line with role expectationsandstrong writing skills.
Agileand willing to lean into newchallenges.
Results oriented with strong project management skills.
Able to develop relationships quickly influence and partnereffectivelywith key stakeholders.
Adaptable and keen to support your colleagueswilling tojump inwhere neededandshare knowledge.
