Buck & Rider is looking for Prep Cooks to join our elite culinary team!

At Buck & Rider we take pride in serving the freshest seafood flown in daily and hand-cut steaks in a high-energy high-volume environment. We are looking for a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team and support the backbone of our scratch kitchen.
What Youll Do
  • Assist chefs by preparing high-quality ingredients with precision and consistency
  • Follow recipes and portion standards to support smooth line service
  • Wash chop measure and store produce seafood meats and other items with care
  • Maintain a clean and organized prep area following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work efficiently to support a high-volume fast-paced kitchen
  • Support team members and jump in where needed to ensure flawless service
What Were Looking For
  • Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred but not requiredwell train the right person with the right attitude
  • Strong knife skills and a passion for learning classic prep techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-focused environment
  • Dependable punctual and detail-oriented
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions measurements etc.
Keen eye for plating and presentation
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Punctual reliable and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
