The Warehouse Associate helps with everyday work in the warehouse. This includes receiving packing stocking and sending out items. They report to the Distributed Products Warehouse Coordinator and help make sure daily tasks are finished on time. They follow safety rules and help keep the warehouse clean and organized. They may also use equipment and check that it is working properly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed:
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Operates fork truck powered pallet jack manual pallet jack dolly etc. to move material throughout warehouse
- Marks materials with identifying information as needed
- Conveys and puts away parts in the appropriate locations within the warehouse shelves bins racks in accordance with predetermined sequence such as size type style color product code etc.
- Reads and interprets pick tickets locates and picks parts and distributes them within the facility or prepares them for outbound shipment as needed

- Thoroughness in carrying out job responsibilities.
- Sense of company ethics and values
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Six months to one-year of related experience and/or training
