The Role
As our Service Advisor you are the face of the dealership. You arent just selling service; you are building trust. You will act as the vital liaison between ourGuestsand:
- The Manufacturer (Hyundai)
- Extended Warranty Companies
- Insurance Providers
Who You Are
- Customer First:You believe the guest is the most important part of our business. You possess an empathetic owner mentality when it comes to solving problems.
- The Expert Communicator:You can translate complex mechanical needs into easy-to-understand terms for the guest while navigating the technical requirements of warranty and insurance claims.
- Experienced:Prior experience as a Service Advisor ishighly preferred. Familiarity with Hyundai systems or warranty processing is a major plus.
- Driven:You take pride in your accuracy your CSI scores and your ability to keep the shop flowing smoothly.
