Location: Steamboat Springs Colorado
Job Type: Contract Travel
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $28.00 $32.50 per hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1246 $1446
Schedule Details
Shift: Night Shift (Variable)
Hours: 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 4 shifts per week
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) setting in Steamboat Springs CO. This role involves providing high-quality patient-centered care to residents during overnight shifts while ensuring their safety comfort and dignity.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to licensed nursing staff
Measure and document vital signs as required
Assist with transfers repositioning and ambulation
Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents
Maintain a clean safe and organized environment
Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Accurately document care per facility standards
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
Required Qualifications
Active CNA certification (state-compliant)
Prior Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physically able to stand lift and assist residents as required
Commitment to completing the full 13-week assignment
