Lead & Collaborate:Coordinate and empower internal teams to create holistic solutions fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
Grow the Business:Identify new opportunities with existing clients and contribute to new business pitches.
Mentor Your Team:Guide and develop your account team ensuring their growth high performance and motivation.
Ensure Quality:Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of all client projects and reports maintaining our high standards.

What Were Looking For:

Experience:At least 3 years in a similar account management role within a media agency.
Media Savvy:Strong understanding of the media market consumer insights and campaign execution.
Strategic Mindset:Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Client-Focused:Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a genuine commitment to client success.
Tech-Curious:Comfortable with media planning tools and eager to explore and utilize AI assistance platforms.
Language:Advanced English (written and spoken).
Qualities:Detail-oriented organized proactive problem-solver and resilient under pressure.
