The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software Engineering team you will architect and deliver large-scale privacy and compliance programs that safeguard data and uphold regulatory adherence. As a Manager you will lead cross-functional teams translating complex compliance requirements into actionable technical solutions while mentoring junior staff and driving project success.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering
- 7 years of experience spanning privacy/compliance security architecture and program or project management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Technology preferred
- Advanced certifications: CIPP/E CIPP/US CIPM CISA CISSP PMP preferred
- Demonstrating hands-on technical architecture for privacy solutions
- Leading cross-functional delivery programs for compliance
- Managing stakeholder alignment and program governance
- Overseeing integration of control testing and automation
- Mentoring engineering and program teams on privacy practices
- Continuously improving program methodologies and reporting tools
- Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences compliance programs
