As an Airfreight Specialist you will own and manage the full operational cycle of AIR shipments ensuring accurate documentation smooth coordination and timely customer invoicing. Youll play a key role in delivering a worldclass logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transport with multiple parties for pickups and deliveries
- Coordination of import & export air operations
- Manage bookings with airlines and consolidations
- Handle customs procedures
- Prepare and manage documentation (AWB Manifest etc.)
- Post or accept prealerts
- Manage operational finance (customer invoicing supplier invoices file closing)
- Update systems (Cargowise One)
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage all steps of an AIR shipment
What Were Looking For
- 13 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of airfreight operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid stakeholder management abilities
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to highquality delivery
- A customercentric mindset and passion for creating excellent experiences
- Language skills: Spanish & English required; Portuguese highly valued
- A proactive organized and solutionoriented approach
